This Is Not a Court or Government Office. DeKalb County Court Docket is a private reference resource. It cannot retrieve official dockets, alter a hearing date, seal or remove a case, issue a certified copy, or offer legal advice. Direct those matters to the DeKalb County Circuit Clerk or the court that holds the case.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
For a DeKalb County matter, start with the official channel that matches the request:
- A public docket or case search: use Missouri Case.net by case number, litigant name, filing date, or scheduled hearing when available.
- A current court date or setting: review the court calendar, then confirm the setting with the Circuit Clerk and the applicable notice or order.
- A certified copy: ask the Circuit Clerk for the specific document, judgment, order, or docket entry and the current certification procedure.
- A case that cannot be found online: contact the Circuit Clerk with the strongest available identifier, such as the case number, court division, litigant name, or date.
- Public court records or case files: use the court-records route and ask the clerk about inspection, a plain copy, certification, or lawful access to a restricted file.
